Jessie Christieson

Artist

Jessie is a self taught artist living in Governors Bay.  She works primarily with acrylics and resin to create entirely unique, bespoke art pieces that can never again be replicated.

Each piece is carefully crafted to bring about sense of organic fluidity as it intuitively evolves into a creation that often evokes a sense of  planetary, galactic or oceanic movement.  The use of metallic and iridescent paints creates beautiful colourful palettes that change and shift as they come to life under resin, particularly under accent lighting or drifting sunlight.

Jessie has exhibited throughout New Zealand and has sold work into homes and collections both Nationally and Overseas.
